14-Day Refund: Users are eligible for a full refund if the service has not entered the “processing” stage and if the refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Satisfaction Guarantee (Within One Year): If a customer is not satisfied with the service within one year from the date of purchase, they may request a partial refund. In such cases, 60% of the amount paid for the service will be refunded, excluding any taxes or additional charges. This refund will only apply to services that are completed but deemed unsatisfactory by the User.
No Refund for Processed Services: Refunds will not be provided for services that have already entered the “processing” stage or for services that have been delivered. Personalized services such as astrology readings, Vastu consultations, or numerology reports are non-refundable once they have been initiated or delivered, as these services involve significant customization and labor.

Bank Charges and Deductions: Any refund will be processed after deducting transaction charges levied by financial institutions, to-and-fro shipping costs (if applicable), and any other administrative charges incurred by Sharmma Inc.
